Tobi and Deidara I did this on a peice of velvet (a fluffy material that is nice to use for pastels) I used Pastels and stuff I hope it came out ok lolz I thought I was gunna mess up cuz I did the BG b4 the Characters lolz I usually do it the opposite of that
